 Oh yeah. People will fall for that. They'll be out lots of money and will probably never notice the asterisk nor the fine print. I wonder if the marina has any water nearby. Could be a dried up lake. As for the construction of the house....I shudder to even think of what the building materials will consist of or what some of the houses may be like. For that price, you're looking at a tool shed.
