I’d have to say my physical insecurities are two fold. I have always fought the battle of the bulge my entire life with the war currently gaining traction on my side. 40lbs lost since May. I’m hoping to shed more. The other thing is my hair or lack thereof. I started getting a bald spot about 10 years ago and it proceeded to expand until two years ago I decided to pull the plug on my hair line.
